Leveraging over 40 years of international experience in solar product development and innovative manufacturing processes, Silfab Solar is the North American manufacturing leader in the design and development of high-efficiency, premium-quality solar panels.

Silfab operates out of facilities located in Toronto, Canada, Burlington, Washington, USA, with expansion underway for a solar cell and PV module manufacturing facility in Fort Mill, South Carolina, USA. Each operating location features fully automated production lines, utilizes just-in-time manufacturing, and is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard.

Sustainable Commitment

Silfab Solar is committed to investing in technology and processes that create a positive contribution to the world and our climate. We are committed to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from our operations with a goal to reduce GHS by 50% by 2030 and to achieve carbon neutrality by 2040 by reducing energy consumption in our manufacturing processes and by sourcing such energy from non-carbon emitting sources.

Internship Opportunities

Silfab Solar offers Internship Opportunities designed for students and recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience and professional development in advanced solar panel manufacturing, engineering, environmental sciences, sales and marketing, business operations, and more. The program is offered across all Silfab Solar facilities and expands over 10-12 weeks (or 3-6 months for co-op students).

Students must be from an accredited university or college program.
